Where we process and control user data
Data is securely stored at rest in an RDS managed database server on AWS Cloud using industry standard AES-256 encryption algorithm. After the data is encrypted, Amazon RDS handles authentication if accesses and decryption of the data transparently with minimal impact on performance.
NVOYE also ensures security for data in transit by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) or Transport Layer Security (TLS) from the NVOYE backend application server to encrypt a connection to the Amazon RDS database. SSL/TLS connections provide a layer of security by encrypting data that moves between your client application and the database instance or cluster.
