Nvoye (hereinafter “We”, “Us”, “Data Controller”) is a dedicated digital platform that aims to streamline the diplomatic life experience by offering seamless guidance and support. We strive to facilitate smooth transitions for diplomats into new environments, enabling them to establish lasting relationships and successfully accomplish their diplomatic objectives. Our goal is to simplify diplomatic life by providing personalized relocation assistance, administrative support, and access to local resources for diplomats and their families.

We value our Users’ (hereinafter “You”, “Data Subject”) privacy and we are committed to protecting and safeguarding your information. This Privacy Notice is intended to inform you of the processing of your personal data when using our services and includes all necessary information on the processing of your personal data, the purposes and legal bases of such processing and your rights under applicable laws, in specific the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter the “GDPR”) and the relevant data protection laws and regulations applicable in the Netherlands. Media shared in Nvoye’s Platform or private messages
As part of our services, users may upload or share content such as images or documents through private messages or other communication features on the platform. This content may include personal data if it depicts or references identifiable individuals.
Nvoye processes and stores this content solely for the purpose of delivering, securing, and improving the messaging functionality. This includes:
Delivering the content to its intended recipient(s)
Securing against spam, abuse, or unauthorized access
Maintaining backups and logs for service continuity and legal compliance
This content is not used for any other purposes, such as marketing, profiling, or analytics. It is not publicly displayed and remains accessible only to the users involved in the private exchange, and to Nvoye personnel or subprocessors where necessary for service operation and security.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to share any content they upload or transmit through our platform.
Data sharing and disclosure
We may share personal information with third parties, as necessary for legitimate purposes. When we sub-contract third parties, we follow appropriate diligence and contractual documentation to ensure that these third parties process personal information lawfully, offering adequate level of protection and confidentiality according to legal and regulatory obligations. Service providers: Third-party companies that assist us in providing services [e.g., software providers, information storage, etc.].
